When sessions are booked one by one, it can be easy to stop too soon—especially right before a breakthrough. You’re held in the process. You keep going. You break through. Email support between sessions is included on weekdays (responses within 24 hours). This does not include in-depth coaching or processing via e-mail. This is a limited 1:1 container.
