Service Description
This is a guided transformation container where you are lovingly held and supported. You’ll receive five 90-minute Online Sessions and a Follow-Up Call (40 minutes) with me. Limited E-Mail Support is included. This journey is tailored to your needs. This is a grounded, structured and committed container for your transformation. You can choose between weekly sessions or sessions every two weeks. Limited email support before and after the sessions is included in this package. This does not include in-depth coaching or processing via email. Response time within 24–48 hours on business days. Additional email support is available upon request for an extra fee. When booking this package, you’ll select a time for our first session in the calendar. If you haven't had a free discovery call with me yet, please first book one to find out if we are a good match. I invite you to create a cozy space. Bring your favorite drink, a journal, pen and anything that helps you feel grounded and safe. Cancellation Policy
Your details will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone. Cancellations are not possible after purchase, except under certain conditions; please refer to the General Terms and Conditions. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance at contact@malaikasark.com. A fee of 30% of the purchase price/offer price will be charged for rebookings made less than 24 hours before the appointment. For short-notice cancellations made within less than 24 hours due to unforeseen and verifiable circumstances such as illness, emergencies, or comparable situations, a discretionary and fair arrangement may be applied at the coach’s discretion (e.g. reduction). If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or not at all for your session, without contacting us via email, it will be considered a no-show, and you will lose your right to the session and will not receive any refund nor credit for the session.
