Service Description
You’ll receive three 90-minute Online Sessions and a Follow-Up Call (40 minutes) with me. This package is tailored to your needs. You set the dates and rhythm for your sessions in a way that feels right for you. If you’d like a fixed schedule, we can set the dates in advance. If you’d rather book sessions with me on short notice via email whenever an issue arises, we’ll do it that way. Limited email support (1 e-mail before and 1 e-mail after the session) is included in this package. This does not include in-depth coaching or processing via email. Response time within 24–48 hours on business days. If you would like more email support between sessions during the duration of the package, contact me. Additional email support is available upon request for an extra fee. When booking this package, you can select the date for our first session in the calendar. If you haven't had a free discovery call with me yet, please first book one to find out if we are a good match. If the online booking doesn’t work for you or if you have question or technical issues, please send me an email to: contact@malaikasark.com Our sessions will take place from the comfort of your own home—feel free to create a cozy space for yourself. Bring your favorite drink, a pen and notepad. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including the link to our online meeting. Cancellation Policy
Your details will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone. Cancellations are not possible after purchase, except under certain conditions; please refer to the General Terms and Conditions. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance at contact@malaikasark.com. A fee of 30% of the purchase price/offer price will be charged for rebookings made less than 24 hours before the appointment. For short-notice cancellations made within less than 24 hours due to unforeseen and verifiable circumstances such as illness, emergencies, or comparable situations, a discretionary and fair arrangement may be applied at the coach’s discretion (e.g. reduction). If you arrive more than 10 minutes late or not at all for your session, without contacting us via email, it will be considered a no-show, and you will lose your right to the session and will not receive any refund nor credit for the session.
