An Encouraging Message for the Moments When Your Healing Journey Feels Exhausting, Uncertain, or Hopeless.

This bright yellow dandelion has made the impossible possible. It made its way back into the light through the snow. Copyright: Malaika Nater, Malaika’s SpArk, 2026.

If you are beginning to lose hope, this message is for you.

Perhaps you are living with a physical illness, a mental health condition, a chronic condition or several challenges at the same time.

Perhaps you have already been on your healing journey for many years. You may have tried countless things, consulted many people, and searched for answers until you became exhausted.

Perhaps you just want to finally live out your gifts and calling openly, but every time you do, something happens to stop you, or you experience physical health issues.

Or perhaps your situation seems completely hopeless right now.

I may not know your personal story. I cannot promise you a particular healing outcome, and I am not a doctor or psychiatrist.

But I am here to breathe fresh hope into you and remind you of something you may desperately need to hear:

Healing is possible.

Your Story Is Not Over

Maybe you feel abandoned by God or even punished.

I understand you. I know how it can feel...

But let me assure you:

God sees you. God loves you. God has not forgotten or abandoned you.

God wants your healing.

Your story is not over.

I know from my own long healing journey and from accompanying others in my healing work that profound transformation and miracles can happen even when a situation has seemed impossible for a very long time.

The Bible says: “For nothing will be impossible with God.” — Luke 1:37

Wherever you are on your journey today, please do not give up.

You don’t need to find the perfect words when you turn to God. You can simply say:

“God, I need Your help. Please send me the help I need and show me my next step.”

Ask God to renew your faith and strength when you feel discouraged or exhausted.

Ask Him to guide you toward the people, knowledge, resources, treatments, and solutions that may support your healing.

Guidance can come in many different ways: through a compassionate professional, a helpful conversation, a book, a YouTube video, an unexpected opportunity, or a quiet inner nudge showing you where to turn next, etc.

You Don’t Need Every Answer Today

Perhaps there are changes that could support your healing: more rest, healthier boundaries, a different way of eating, trauma-sensitive support, deep inner healing work, a lifestyle adjustment, a change in your environment or even a major life decision such as leaving an unhealthy job or relationship.

You do not have to figure it all out at once.

Ask God for guidance.

Listen.

Take one step at a time.

Sometimes the next step is not dramatic. It may simply be making an appointment, asking someone for help, allowing yourself to rest, researching one new possibility, or finally acknowledging that something in your life needs to change.

One small step may not solve everything but it can begin to move you in a new direction.

Healing Is Rarely a Straight Line

Sometimes healing happens suddenly.

But very often, healing is a process—a healing journey.

And that journey is rarely a straight line.

There may be progress and setbacks, clarity and confusion, hope and discouragement.

You may feel stronger one day and struggle again the next.

But a difficult day does not mean that you have failed.

A setback does not erase the progress you have already made.

And slow progress is still progress.

Some forms of healing need time, safety, gentleness, and many different elements coming together.

Your body and nervous system may need to learn that it is finally safe to release, rest, and receive support.

Please be patient and compassionate with yourself along the way.

Your Healing Journey Is Unique

Every person is unique and so is every healing journey. There is no single formula that works for everyone.

No two human bodies, nervous systems, personal histories, life circumstances, or spiritual journeys are exactly alike.

Your healing path does not have to look like anybody else’s.

You are not failing because your journey is taking longer than someone else’s.

You are not a hopeless case because something that helped another person does not help you.

And you are not behind.

You may simply need a different combination of support, a different pace, or a path that honours who you are and what you have experienced.

Healing Is Like a Puzzle

Healing is complex and deeply personal. It is often not just about treating or fighting a symptom.

It can involve looking compassionately at the whole person—body, mind, soul, spirit, relationships, experiences, traumas, lifestyle, and environment—and exploring the different factors that may be affecting their well-being. It’s about finding the roots of the problem so you can tackle it at its source and eliminate it once and for all.

Healing can be a little like a puzzle.

There may be physical pieces, emotional pieces, spiritual pieces, relational pieces, environmental pieces, practical lifestyle pieces, and many other pieces.

The puzzle will look different for every person.

Sometimes we discover one piece only after another has already fallen into place.

That is why I believe in approaching healing holistically and, where appropriate, alongside qualified medical and mental health professionals.

You do not need to discover every piece today.

Simply begin with the next piece that shows up for you.

Choose Hope and Take Your Next Step

Please remember:

You are not forgotten.

You are not beyond hope.

You do not have to find every answer today.

You are not alone.

You are seen.

You are loved.

You matter.

And your story is not over.

If you are in immediate danger or feel that you might harm yourself, please contact your local emergency services, a crisis hotline, or someone you trust.

You matter, and you deserve immediate, real-life and loving support.

Would You Like Support on Your Healing Journey?

You do not have to walk this path alone.

If you would like compassionate, personalized, and holistic support as you explore what may be keeping you stuck and what your next steps could be, I warmly invite you to book a free Discovery & Clarity Call with me.

During this conversation, we'll look at where you are now, what kind of support you are looking for, if I am the right fit for you, and whether working together feels right for both of us.

Hold on to hope. Be gentle with yourself.

Healing is possible. 💖🔥✨

Lots of Love & Abundant Blessings 💖
